Grant scheme

- There is a grant from the corporation for the project which has investment amount less than Rs. 50,000. The grant amount given is 50% of the project cost or Rs. 10,000 whichever is less.

Bank loan -All the other amount excluding grant is a bank loan. This loan is levied at the rate of the bank. The loan needs to be repaired in the same monthly payment of 36 to 60 rupees.

TRAINING SCHEME

The trainees are provided to the government recognised private organizations offering technical and vocational training. The duration of the training is six to twelve months.

Institution’s fees

For technical and vocational training, the total fee for the entire training period, per trainee is Rs. 2,500

For computer training, the total fee for the entire training period, per trainee is Rs. 3,500

For the training of the driver, the total fee for the entire training period, per trainee is (for the four wheelers) Rs. 2,300 & (for three wheelers) Rs. 2,000

For beauty parlour training, the total fee for the entire training period per trainee is Rs. 3,500

For Sewing Art, the total fee for the entire training period per trainee is Rs. 1,200

The Stipend, apart from fees

A. If the trainee is taking training in the place where he/she lives, then every trainee gets Rs. 150

B. The trainees who live in and out of the corporation area are given Rs. 250

C. If the trainee is taking training in his village, other villages / cities then Rs. 300
